Manning Kass is proud to announce that Dennis B. Kass has been promoted to Assistant Managing Partner. This signifies a larger leadership role within the firm for Mr. Kass, who has been a Founding Partner since the firm’s inception in 1994.

Mr. Kass is the head of the firm’s Complex Litigation Practice, which includes overseeing the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) / Insurance Fraud Litigation Team.
In addition, Mr. Kass also leads the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiative. Since taking the reins, Manning Kass has seen significant diversity increases among firm leadership. In recent independent studies done by publications such as Law360 and Lawyers of Color, Manning Kass has found itself among the top-ranked firms in the country in diversity at every level, from associates to equity partners.
