Manning Kass is incredibly proud to once again be ranked in the top 10 for Diversity by Law360!
Law360’s annual Diversity Snapshot lists rank law firms based on their overall diversity. Specifically, Law360 looks at how the diversity of a firm’s attorneys and equity partners compares with the diversity of the potential marketplace of hires. The 2023 snapshot looked at law firm data from Dec 31, 2022.
In Law360’s group of mid-size law firms (101-250 attorneys), Manning Kass ranked 9th! 37.9% of all attorneys and 30.6% of equity partners identify as minorities. Overall, nearly 43% of all personnel at Manning Kass are minorities.
“We are incredibly proud to once again be recognized in the top ten in diversity for mid-size firms in the United States,” said Founding Managing Partner Steven D. Manning. “While we still have much to do, this ranking proves we are continuing in our core goal: finding the best attorneys possible for our clients, no matter their background.”
Manning Kass’ diversity footprint is large and constantly growing. For example, 100% of our newly minted equity partners this past year were diverse. Additionally, Assistant Managing Partner Dennis B. Kass, who has been leading the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Team efforts for several years, noted the increase in diverse candidates in associate and summer associate positions.
