Our Premises Liability Team is seeking an attorney to support and manage its Discovery Docket including the diverse range of cases. The cases involve the defense of restaurants, retail stores, sports clubs, attractions, theaters, and other businesses. The Discovery Litigation Attorney works closely with lead attorneys daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery —focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals.
