Since joining Manning Kass in 2024 as part of the firm’s expansion of its New York insurance fraud practice, Stern has played an integral role in the office’s continued evolution, helping to strengthen its collaborative culture and bolster the firm’s presence throughout the Northeast. With more than 25 years of experience, he is widely recognized for developing innovative legal strategies that help insurers detect, deter, prevent, and recover losses stemming from fraudulent schemes. In addition to representing insurers in complex affirmative litigation, including RICO actions, Stern is a frequent author, speaker, and trainer on insurance fraud issues and has served as counsel to the New York Alliance Against Insurance Fraud since its formation.
