Evangelic Schuhmeier is an Associate at the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability Team.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Schuhmeier gained valuable experience in labor and employment law, professional liability, and matters involving small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Her practice included legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, case analysis, and litigation support, providing her with a strong foundation in navigating complex legal issues.

Ms. Schuhmeier also previously worked with the California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA), where she represented correctional officers in employment related matters. In that role, she assisted members with disciplinary actions, administrative proceedings, and workplace issues, gaining firsthand experience advocating for the rights and interests of California’s correctional professionals.
