Manning Kass is seeking a Senior Litigation Defense Attorney to join our New York office. This position offers the opportunity to represent businesses, insurance carriers, and individuals in a broad range of defense and insurance coverage litigation matters while working alongside an accomplished team of litigators.
Attorneys are involved in every stage of the litigation process—from early case assessment through trial—including developing litigation strategy, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and court appearances, and preparing cases for trial. This role provides meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic litigator with strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills who enjoys managing files independently while collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
