David Ruiz Named a Finalist in the 2025 Corporate Counsel Awards

Los Angeles Partner David Ruiz was named a finalist for the 2025 Corporate Counsel Awards in September. The Corporate Counsel Awards, established by the Los Angeles Business Journal, honors the accomplishments of in-house counsel and highlights the importance of their role to the success of a business enterprise. The list of honorees features the region’s most impressive General Counsel from a variety of industries, including David Ruiz, the Leader of the Appellate Law team and General Counsel at Manning Kass.

About David R. Ruiz

In addition to serving as General Counsel for the firm and as Leader of the Appellate Law team, Mr. Ruiz is also a member of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team. Mr. Ruiz has participated in numerous multimillion-dollar exposure cases in the areas of personal injury, insurance fraud, employment law, consumer class actions, and real property, as both plaintiff and defense counsel.
