Dennis B. Kass to Be Panelist for IASIU's Bad Faith Legal Update

Firm Managing Partner Dennis B. Kass will be speaking at the International Association of Special Investigation Units’ “Bad Faith Legal Update Panel” webinar on Wednesday, February 19. The panel will bring together legal professionals to discuss the current state of fraud-fighting in the United States and will include topics such as current legislation, case-specific legal decisions, trending decisions, and pending legislation affecting the SIU community.

Dennis B. Kass is the Chair of the Complex Litigation team, which focuses on affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud, first and third-party special investigation defense, high exposure and catastrophic personal injury matters, mass torts, transportation litigation and class action defense.
