Los Angeles Partner Rodrigo J. Bozoghlian recently obtained a defense verdict for his client where all jury members sided with the defense and rendered a verdict in 20 minutes in Van Nuys, CA. It was an admitted liability case involving a T-bone accident. The plaintiff demanded high six figures for past and future medical costs and pain and suffering. The deck was stacked against him but Mr. Bozoghlian put his trial skills on full display and obtained a unanimous defense.
