Congratulations to Alfred M. De La Cruz on joining the San Diego Chapter of the American Board of Trial Associates! (ABOTA)
ABOTA was founded in 1958 and is “dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership consists of more than 7,300 lawyers—equally balanced between plaintiff and defense—and judges spread among 96 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization.”
Mr. De La Cruz has been a pillar of the firm since our inception and is part of the founding leadership team. Along with being the Managing Partner for the San Diego office, he also leads the Employment Law Team and represents a number of employers and business owners on a variety of issues and topics. Additionally he has tried over 20 civil jury trials in state and federal court to verdict.
