Bryan Martinez is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Complex Litigation team.

Mr. Martinez achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and went on to graduate from California Western School of Law. After graduating from law school, Mr. Martinez spent two years working in the personal injury arena on the Plaintiff's side. However, he transitioned to in-house counsel for a nationwide insurance company where he successfully defended insureds in a variety of personal injury cases, ranging from those involving automobile accidents to premises liability matters. During his time as in-house counsel, he participated in all areas of litigation, up to and including trial and arbitration. Most recently, Mr. Martinez worked for a private defense firm in the areas of premises liability and general liability matters. 

Mr. Martinez is admitted to the State Bar of California.
