Danielle N. Finney is an Associate in the Orange County office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Construction Law and Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith teams.

Ms. Finney is licensed to practice in California and the Central District of California. Her practice focuses on construction and construction defect, premises liability, and habitability law. She is committed to providing her clients with focused, personal attention and clear guidance to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. 

Ms. Finney earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating cum laude. She was the recipient of the CALI award in Contracts, and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the University of La Verne Law Review and the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Law, Business, and Ethics. Ms. Finney's academic achievements demonstrate her dedication to excellence in the legal field. 

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Finney is deeply involved in the legal community. She currently serves as the Outreach and Mentorship Liaison on the Executive Board of the Joseph B. Campbell Inn of Court, where she is committed to fostering mentorship opportunities and professional development for aspiring attorneys.

Outside of law, Ms. Finney enjoys creative hobbies such as painting and baking, which allow her to express herself and unwind from the demands of her legal career.
