Elika E. Ziaei is an Associate in the Orange County office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Appellate Law (Strategy, Writs, and Appeals) team. 

Ms. Ziaei received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on American Politics from the University of California, Los Angeles. While at UCLA, she participated in the Center for American Politics and Public Policy program, where she spent a quarter in Washington, D.C. interning for Senator Barbara Boxer.

Following her time at UCLA, Ms. Ziaei attended law school at Loyola Law School. While there, she participated in the Tax Appeals Assistance Clinic, working pro bono, where she assisted taxpayers with their state income tax appeals before the Office of Tax Appeals.  She was also a legal affairs extern for two entertainment companies, with a focus on intellectual property, where she drafted and reviewed contracts and agreements concerning ownership and talent rights.

Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Ziaei represented defendants in personal injury cases.
