Jason J. Doshi is a Partner in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Workers’ Compensation team. 

Mr. Doshi received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law. Prior to joining Manning Kass, Mr. Doshi worked as an in-house attorney for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in both workers’ compensation and civil liability.

At Manning Kass, Mr. Doshi specializes in the representation of employers and has nearly fifteen years of experience defending workers' compensation claims. He has experience managing cases from inception to trial, and has developed negotiation skills that have resulted in excellent outcomes for his clients. Mr. Doshi is also knowledgeable in the interplay between workers' compensation liability and subrogation, and routinely handles subrogation cases, overseeing recovery on behalf of employers he represents.

Mr. Doshi is admitted to the California State Court, and United States District Court for the Southern District of California. He has been named a 2015–2024 Rising Star, a distinction awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of the attorneys in a state.

Mr. Doshi is fluent in Spanish and Gujarati, and is highly proficient in French.
