Karen Capasso is a Partner at the Inland Empire office at Manning Kass. She is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability team.

Her practice is focused on public entity law and labor and employment litigation. As a practicing attorney for more than 22 years, Ms. Capasso has represented some of the largest employers in the Inland Empire and public entities including the Counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo and Ventura.

Prior to joining Manning Kass, she spent 18 years at Smith Law Offices, LLP. Prior to that, she handled employment law and construction defect litigation cases for major businesses in San Diego and Orange County. Ms. Capasso is recognized for her exceptional writing and arguing of motions at hearing, in addition to her dynamic ability to counsel her clients and witnesses.
