Kelsey Nicolaisen is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Premises Liability team.

Prior to joining the firm, she represented corporate and individual clients in a wide array of civil law matters related to business torts, breach of contract disputes, personal injury claims, malpractice, employment and housing law matters, and workers' compensation claims. She also discreetly represented clients in high-profile divorce litigations where spousal support, child support, child custody, division of property, and post-judgment issues are amplified by the fact that clients or client's spouse had substantial income, investments, real property, or intellectual property.

Ms. Nicolaisen received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Business, & Sociology from the University of Southern California. During law school, she was the recipient of the Zimring Memorial Scholarship and the president of the International Law Society.

Ms. Nicolaisen is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
