Khouloud E. Pearson is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability team.

Ms. Pearson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English at San Diego State University and earned her Juris Doctor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pearson began her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney for the New Mexico District Attorney’s Office. She has over a decade of experience in civil litigation, handling an array of matters in various areas of law, including business law, contract negotiations, personal injury, employment law, and administrative law.

Ms. Pearson is a member of the State Bar of California and State Bar of New Mexico. She is admitted to practice in California and New Mexico, and before the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Pearson is passionate about serving her community and advancing the legal profession. She currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the San Luis Obispo Legal Assistance Foundation, is a member of the Templeton Recreation Foundation, and formerly served as a director on the Templeton Community Services District Board. In 2024, she was awarded Woman of the Year by California Assemblymember Dawn Addis.
