Kristine Rizzo is the Managing Attorney of the Phoenix office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Complex Litigation, Business Litigation, Construction Defect, Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith, Legal Malpractice, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Professional Liability, Real Estate, and Sports, Recreation, and Attractions Law teams.

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business disputes, as well as professional and personal liability claims, Ms. Rizzo is uniquely positioned to evaluate the strength and weakness of cases. She makes business-minded recommendations to clients, carefully weighing the risk of loss and the value of a settlement.  Using these skills, she has both prosecuted and defended clients in a broad range of litigation in high-exposure liability cases. Throughout her career, Ms. Rizzo has focused on an array of areas including insurance fraud, first- and third-party special investigation defense, high exposure and catastrophic personal injury matters, contract disputes, mass torts, transportation litigation, and class action defense.  She has also represented professionals including lawyers, real estate brokers, escrow agents, insurance agents, and architects.
 
Ms. Rizzo started her litigation career in Detroit, Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. During her time there, she served with the United States House of Representatives, and completed an internship with the Florida State Attorney’s Office. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley College of Law.
 
Ms. Rizzo is admitted to both the Arizona and the Michigan State Bar. She also holds admissions to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
