Kristy R. Eagan is a Partner in the New York office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team.

Ms. Eagan’s practice concentrates on complex civil litigation with a particular emphasis on health care insurance fraud, civil racketeering (RICO), and post judgment enforcement. In addition, Ms. Eagan has experience in areas of construction litigation and labor law. She has experience practicing at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court in New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Eagan earned her Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Music from Manhattan School of Music. During law school, she was the Cooper-Walsh Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and received the Fordham Urban Law Journal Alumni Association’s Student Author Award.

Ms. Eagan is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the United States Southern District of New York, and the United States Eastern District of New York.
