Lacey N. Sipsey is an Associate in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Appellate Law (Strategy, Writs, and Appeals) team. 

Ms. Sipsey graduated with honors from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Ms. Sipsey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, affectionately called Ole Miss. While in law school, Ms. Sipsey was an Associate Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. Her journal article Inducing Congress to Create Separate Patent Infringement Categories: A Solution to Multiple Actor Liability Evasion was published in the 85th Volume of the Mississippi Law Journal in 2016. 

After graduating from law school, Ms. Sipsey moved to San Diego and made it her home. She began volunteering with immigrants' rights groups and practicing immigration law. During her immigration practice, she handled multiple appellate cases before both the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Having an interest in civil litigation, Ms. Sipsey began to focus her skills on business litigation, including breach of contract/contract disputes, fraud, securities litigation, director and officer liability, and shareholder disputes.
