Loan Dao is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Business Litigation, Professional Liability, and Real Estate teams. 

Ms. Dao specializes in professional liability defense (Real estate Broker Liability and Real Estate E&O claims), real estate litigation, and business litigation. Prior to joining Manning Kass, Ms. Dao practiced in various litigation areas of law, including but not limited to: family law matters dealing with minors, asset division, spousal support, child support, criminal defense, trusts and estates (mainly in the realm of probate administration and preparation of trusts), plaintiffs side workers compensation, chapter 7 bankruptcy matters, general civil litigation matters, commercial litigation matters, habitability matters, personal injury matters (specifically plaintiffs car accidents and dog bites), basic immigration visa filings, restraining orders, medical malpractice, wrongful terminations, wage and hourly claims, and legal malpractice.  

Ms. Dao also has experience in various transaction areas of law, including, but not limited to: trademark prosecution in the USPTO and the Madrid System, and the formation and creation of corporate entities.

Ms. Dao received her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Business Law. While obtaining her law degree, Ms. Dao was a member of Law Review, the Trial Advocacy Program, an Intellectual Property Fellow, and the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. During the course of law school, Ms. Dao received CALI Awards in Lawyering Skills 3: Transactional, Business Transactions: Art of the Deal, and Venture Capital & Private Equity. Ms. Dao received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Management Information Systems, International Business, and Management at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Ms. Dao is conversational in the central dialect of Vietnam.
