Nicole L. Jones is a Partner in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Catastrophic Liability Defense, Landlord / Tenant / Habitability, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality Litigation, and Trucking and Transportation teams. 

Ms. Jones is a member of the Complex Litigation team, with a focus on high exposure and catastrophic personal injury matters, including premises liability, product liability, and transportation litigation. She has handled all aspects of litigation, from emergency response through trial and appeal in state and federal court, and has obtained numerous summary judgments and dismissals through dispositive motions. She has mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases prior to trial, ultimately reducing her clients’ litigation costs and resulting in favorable outcomes. 

Ms. Jones has first and second chaired trials to settlement and verdict and has been involved in all aspects of trial preparation. She works closely with opposing counsel, demonstrating civility and collegiality to her opponents, with consistently excellent results. She is determined always to get the best possible result for her clients.
