Richard Mojica is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Manning Kass. He is a member of the Employment Law team.

Mr. Mojica graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a recipient of the prestigious Berkeley Undergraduate Scholarship which is awarded to students with a 3.5 GPA or higher. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law graduating cum laude.

Mr. Mojica is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
