
Rodrigo J. Bozoghlian is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass where he practices as the leader of the Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation team focusing on affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud, first and third party special investigation defense, high exposure and catastrophic personal injury matters, mass torts and transportation litigation.
Mr. Bozoghlian’s work consists of evaluating an defending first and third party SIU claims; including cases against attorneys, doctors, organized crime members, chiropractors, and body shop owners attempting to defraud insurance companies. Mr. Bozoghlian has conducted hundreds of Examinations Under Oath and Depositions, reaching very favorable results for all his clients.
Mr. Bozoghlian has appeared in both state and federal courts, and he is admitted to practice law in every federal district in California. He has successfully brought motions for summary judgment, obtained dismissals, and resolved many cases favorably for clients.
He has extensive litigation experience, including in the areas of general civil defense and insurance defense; including automobile, Retail, SIU / fraud, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Mr. Bozoghlian was selected to participate in, and is a graduate of, the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Trial School Program.
Mr. Bozoghlian received his BA in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999, and his JD from The University of La Verne College of Law in 2006.
