Roslynn M. Wilfert is a Partner in the Los Angeles Office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Governmental Entity Liability team. 

Ms. Wilfert received her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, before going on to earn her Juris Doctor from Colleges of Law, Ventura. Ms. Wilfert was an intern with the Ventura Superior Court Family and Civil Self-Help Center. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Wilfert worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office in the General Trials Unit. Ms. Wilfert gained extensive courtroom experience handling hearings, motions, and both misdemeanor and felony jury trials. 

Ms. Wilfert worked for almost a decade as a police officer for the city of Oxnard. During this time, Ms. Wilfert served as a press information officer and a certified field training officer. Ms. Wilfert also worked as a defense and civil litigation attorney for a firm in Ventura, California, where she managed both criminal and civil cases. 

Ms. Wilfert serves on the board for the Ventura County Bar Association, Ventura County Bar Association Judicial Evaluations Committee, and Women Lawyers of Ventura County.

Ms. Wilfert is a member of the California State Bar.
