Sergio Hernandez is an Associate at the Inland Empire office at Manning Kass. He is a member of the Governemental Entity Liability team.

Sergio is an experienced attorney who began practicing law in 2021 after earning his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He started his career in California with Inland Counties Legal Services, where he joined the Housing Practice Group as an attorney and was later promoted to Lead Attorney. During his tenure, he successfully handled over 30 bench trials, vigorously defending tenants’ rights.

In May 2025, Sergio transitioned to Smith Law, where he focused on Public Entity Defense, bringing his litigation expertise and commitment to advocacy to serve public agencies.
