Sheila M. Templeton is an Associate in the San Diego office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Appellate Law (Strategy, Writs, & Appeals) team.
Ms. Templeton received her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco. At the University of San Francisco School of Law, she graduated with a Public Interest Law Certificate with honors, earned the CALI award in First Amendment law, and served as co-president to the Women’s Law Association. Ms. Templeton was a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the Honorable Maria-Elena James of the Northern District of California.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Templeton worked as a litigation associate at both plaintiff and defense firms in San Diego and Los Angeles, where she gained experience in various practice areas including business litigation, construction defect, real estate, employment law, personal injury, and insurance defense. She is a member of the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court in San Diego, California, where she resides.
