Victoria Trepany is an Associate Attorney in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith team. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Trepany gained extensive Civil Litigation experience in federal court, defending governmental entities. She assisted clients within a multitude of practice areas including civil rights, wrongful death, personal injury, negligence, and employment law. 

While attending Law School, she clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Her experience was in the Justice System Integrity Division. Working under the Leadership of Jackie Lacey, she researched cases, along with drafting and filing memorandums, within criminal law. 

Ms. Trepany earned her Juris Doctor at Loyola Marymount Law School. She earned a Certificate of Technology with emphasis and high grades in Trial Advocacy, Evidence, and Ethics. 

She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, at Loyola Marymount University. She majored in English Literature and created a special degree with Writing for the Law.
