Wayne H. Hammack is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning Kass.  He is a member of the Complex Litigation, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation, and Trucking and Transportation teams. 

Mr. Hammack received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.  He received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Hammack developed extensive litigation experience in complex, high exposure insurance defense and insurance coverage matters, including insurance bad faith claims, transportation claims, broker E&O, professional liability matters representing construction professionals, medical providers, and attorneys. 

Mr. Hammack is admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court, Central District of California.  His seminars include, "Insurance Bad-Faith & Claims Handling in the U.S.: Caveat Emptor Insurers" and "Avoiding Bad Faith & Depositions from the Front Line."
