Niyah A. Brown is an Associate in the Inland Empire Office of Manning Kass. She is a member of the Fraternity and Sorority Defense, Premises Liability, Religious Institution Defense, and Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Litigation teams.
Ms. Brown earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles with a concentration in Corporate Law. While in law school, she served as Chief Technical Editor of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of La Verne.
Before joining Manning Kass, she practiced at a boutique civil litigation firm, where she represented design professionals in construction defect, business litigation, and professional liability matters. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Brown served as a legal intern for a national manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies, where she gained in-house experience in regulatory compliance and business law matters.
In her spare time, Ms. Brown enjoys photography, particularly capturing the essence of food, wildlife, nature, and people.
