About the Role

In this role you will assimilate complex information, conceptualize tasks, and recognize nuanced variations, especially in correspondence like objection letters and identify the appropriate response template. The successful candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, responsiveness, exceptional organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with our insurance fraud team to manage fast-moving, document-intensive litigation matters
  • Serve as a client liaison
  • Establishing the EUO protocol.
  • Drafting client status report.
  • Responses to objections to EUOs.
  • Drafting EUO notices, reset notices, continued EUO notices.
  • Being responsible for all court reporting scheduling.
  • Calendaring.
  • Working on document pulls.
  • Converting documents to PDFs.
  • Drafting recommendations of denial to clients.
  • Creation of excel spreadsheets for clients.
  • Client communications, including recommendations based on attorney input.
  • Communicating with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Organizing client documents for attorney review.
  • Following and updating over a hundred provider EUOs at any given time.
  • Working on discovery productions; review of subpoenaed bank records for attorney review.
  • Drafting client communication processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with settlement agreements in that providers have executed stipulations of dismissal with respect to waived claims and, if not, identifying them for communication with opposing counsel.


Requirements

  • 3 years of experience
  • Associates Degree Required/Bachelors Degree Recommended
