Remote Work Flexibility
To support a smooth transition into your role, we ask that all new team members work onsite five days a week during the first three (3) months for training and onboarding purposes. This period is designed to help you get fully up to speed, build connections, and gain a strong understanding of our workflows.
After this initial period, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. Our tools and infrastructure make it easy to stay connected, collaborate, and access everything you need—whether you're in the office or working from home.
