Gene Lee Has Accepted a Judgeship

Manning & Kass is pleased to announce that Orange County Partner Gene Lee has accepted a judgeship with both the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and Special Adjudication Unit, which is a newly established section under the Department of Industrial Relations that provides for a hearing process regarding the suspension and a special lien adjudication procedure to address pending liens of those providers who are suspended based upon a criminal conviction.
