Angela M. Powell to Participate in Panel Discussion on Police Reform

Los Angeles Partner Angela M. Powell will be a panelist on the second edition of “Social Justice in the Modern Civil Rights Era” on Monday, August 31 at 2 PM PST. This webinar will focus on policing reform, specifically excessive force, bail reform, and government liability.

Angela M. Powell is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass. As a member of the firm's Governmental Entity Liability Team, Ms. Powell represents and counsels governmental entities, public entities and individual police officers in civil rights actions.
