Case Dismissed! SWAT Team Does it Again

Robert Wargo, of the firm's Los Angeles office, prepared a successful motion for judgment on the pleadings in a highly contentious case involving alleged fraud, property damages, statutory damages and significant attorney’s fees, as well as an alleged conspiracy between Plaintiff and one of the court clerks. The allegations involved fraudulent filings and missing filed documents, leading to an investigation of the clerk.

After initial filing on behalf of the firm's client, Plaintiff successfully moved to amend his Complaint to try to fix it and defeat the motion. Mr. Wargo filed an amended motion, and the court entered dismissal of the case on Monday, August 14^th.
