David Ruiz Breaks Down Workers’ Compensation Anti-Fraud Statute in The Practitioner
Manning & Kass Senior Counsel David R. Ruiz has an article featured in the most recent issue of The Practitioner, the magazine of the Solo & Small Firm Section of the California Lawyers Association (CLA). The article, which was originally included in our Complex Litigation Team’s quarterly newsletter, broke down the intricate back and forth between the courts and the California Legislature over the legality of a series of workers’ compensation anti-fraud laws passed in 2016 and 2017.
