Dennis B. Kass Announced as Speaker for the 2017 CLM Annual Conference.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: (March 14, 2017) – The Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) is pleased to announce Mr Dennis B. Kass will be speaking on “Can Declaratory Judgment Actions Deter Fraudulent Claims?” This conference will be held on March 29-31 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.

Dennis Kass is a founding partner of Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester, LLP. Mr. Kass has received a number of honors for his trial skills, including: 1999 IASIU Southern California Chapter Defense Attorney of the Year; 2001 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year for litigation (CLAY Award); 2002 Loyola Law School Trial Lawyer of the year; and 2004-2009 and 2013-2017 Los Angeles Magazine Super Lawyer.

Mr. Kass runs the firm’s Complex Litigation Team, including focusing on insurance fraud litigation. In addition to being featured on T.V., radio and numerous periodicals for his work on “whistle-blower” actions, Mr. Kass prevailed in the first ever trial under California’s whistle-blower law, obtaining a $8.2 million verdict against the defendant doctors. Mr. Kass also litigates high exposure tort matters and defends class action cases. Mr. Kass has been called as an expert witness on behalf of the insurance industry, testifying many times before the California State Assembly and the State Senate.
