Dennis Kass To Speak at the 2020 Insurance Fraud Management Conference

Founding Partner Dennis Kass will form part of a panel at the 2020 Insurance Fraud Management Conference taking place March 8 – March 11 at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, FL. This session will cover topics that include the proliferation of qui tam legislation, recent case law interpretation, defending against institutional attack, the employment of new technologies, the availability of new datasets, emerging statutes and more.

Mr. Kass leads the Complex Litigation Team, which focuses on affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud, first and third party special investigation defense, high exposure and catastrophic personal injury matters, mass torts, transportation litigation and class action defense.
