Dennis Kass and Laura McAdams to Present at IASIU November Meeting

Founding Partner Dennis Kass and Complex Litigation Team Member Laura McAdams will deliver a presentation entitled, “Identifying and Defending Against New Trends in Fraud” at this month's meeting of the International Association of Special Investigation Units, Southern California Chapter. Their presentation will cover the reptile theory, early policy demands, waiving special damages, injection fraud, 1st party scams and more.

Mr. Kass leads the firm's SIU/Insurance Fraud Team and is Chapter Legal Counsel for the Southern California Chapter of IASIU, as well as co-counsel for the IASIU national organization. Ms. McAdams was recently named 2018 Defense Attorney of the Year by the chapter.
