About Dennis Kass

Dennis Kass is the Chair of the Complex Litigation team, and the leader of Catastrophic Liability Defense, Class Action and Mass Torts Defense, Special Investigations Unit / Insurance Fraud Litigation, and Trucking and Transportation teams, and a member of the ADA Compliance Litigation team. He has dedicated his career to fighting insurance fraud and has been frequently called upon by various insurance companies to assist in the prosecution of complex fraud rings. His accolades include membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates and recognition as the 2001 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year for Civil Litigation. Mr. Kass has also been instrumental in shaping anti-fraud legislation and has served on the IASIU Board of Directors since 2013 and as member of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud Legal Affairs Committee.
