LA Partner Elizabeth H. Murphy To Discuss Home Care Legal Topics Throughout March

The AARP has been polling aging adults for years and found that 85% of the population wants to stay at home rather than go to a facility. And the cost of home care is increasing rapidly (as much as 30-70%).

In 2015 there were a number of new laws that affected ALL CALIFORNIA EMPLOYERS from providing accrual of company-paid sick days to ALL employees, full-time, part-time, per-diem and temporary, to home health agencies and non-medical home care providers now being both having to be licensed. On Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM (PST), home care attorney Elizabeth H. Murphy will speak as a guest of the Orange County Home Care Council on these new laws.
