Laura McAdams to Speak to Insurance Investigators

Laura McAdams, senior counsel in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass, will speak to the Southern California Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units (IASIU) on Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Along with Jeanine Farrell of Travelers Insurance, Ms. McAdams will present on “How to Build an Affirmative Litigation Case – Client and Counsel Perspectives.”

Ms. McAdams dedicates her practice to fighting fraud, especially in the areas of medical provider fraud, workers’ compensation fraud, and automobile insurance fraud. In addition to focusing on affirmative litigation cases involving insurance fraud, she works with a successful team of attorneys that specialize in the evaluation and defense of first and third party SIU claims, which include cases against attorneys, doctors, organized crime members, chiropractors, body shop owners, stagers and others who have attempted to defraud insurance companies.
