With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Dennis B. Kass leads Manning Kass's Complex Litigation team, focusing on high-stakes cases insurance cases, including affirmative litigation involving qui tam, RICO, declaratory relief, and other affirmative litigation. Dennis also focuses on high exposure catastrophic injury cases. His accolades include membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates and recognition as the 2001 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year for Civil Litigation. Mr. Kass has also been instrumental in shaping anti-fraud legislation and has served on the IASIU Board of Directors since 2013 and as member of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud Legal Affairs Committee.
