Learn Mediation Tips with Fredric W. Trester in California Lawyers Association Webinar

Named Partner Fredric W. Trester will be speaking in the California Lawyers Association’s upcoming webinar, “How Plaintiffs Can Effectively Mediate and Resolve Cases Where Defendants Have Insurance Coverage,” on Tuesday, March 11. This MCLE-accredited presentation will assist practitioners in effectively resolving cases through the mediation process when insurance carriers are involved. It will provide insight into the needs of insurance carriers for information to evaluate a case and prepare reserves prior to mediation. Mr. Trester will also provide case studies and share interesting examples.

Fredric W. Trester is the leader of the Professional Liability and Real Estate teams, and a member of the Legal Malpractice team. He has represented professionals—including lawyers, real estate brokers, escrow agents, insurance agents, architects and engineers—in litigation for more than four decades.
