Liz Murphy Addresses San Diego Regional Home Care Council

On August 18th, Manning & Kass partner Liz Murphy presented a substantive legal briefing at the First United Methodist Church of San Diego for the San Diego Regional Home Care Council.

She addressed wage & hour laws for home-health employers to help them navigate their various obligations under the California Wage Orders, the California Labor Code, the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and all of the other laws that regulate the employment relationship.

Liz has been working with CAHSAH for more than ten years, providing educational and training seminars for its members on various matters relating to employment law. She is a nationally recognized expert in the area of employment laws that impact home health care providers.
