Liz Murphy Presents Private Duty Workshop October 8th and 9th

The last few years have brought sweeping changes to the home care industry in California, according to the California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH), a nonprofit association established in 1966 representing California's home care providers.

Los Angeles Partner Elizabeth Murphy, a frequent CAHSAH speaker, attorney, and thought leader in the home health, hospice, and private duty industries, will present two full day seminars to help home care providers tackle the multitude of issues currently on the horizon, including the loss of the sleep time exemption, overlapping state and federal overtime regulations, mandatory sick pay for all employees, minimum wage increases at the state and municipal levels, and soon-to-be licensing requirements.

The October 8th  program will take place at the Courtyard Sacramento Midtown, and the following day's program will take place at the Ontario International Airport Hotel. For more details or to register, click here.
