Liz Murphy Speaks at California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH) Event on 5/12/16

On May 12, 2016, Liz Murphy will presents seminar for California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH), entitled, "Employment Law Compliance for Home Care." She will discuss an overview of key cases, statutes and need-to-know strategies to make sure that home care agencies are aware of, and compliant with, California and applicable federal labor and employment laws. Topics will include overtime, record-keeping, "sleep time," travel time, mileage, hiring, firing, and other crucial issues.
