MSJ Granted in High Profile Arizona Case Covered by AP Wire

On September 28, 2016, the AP reported that Sheriff Joe Arpaio "lost his lawsuit that sought money from the owners of a downtown Phoenix office building for a broken shoulder he suffered three years ago when he tripped and fell outside the property."

Robert B. Zelms, managing partner of the firm's Phoenix office, served as lead counsel. Associate Fatima M. Badreddine both successfully briefed and argued a motion for summary judgment, which was granted in favor of the firm's client, one of the largest commercial high rise owners in the country.

The article which covered the firm's victory was syndicated by papers and media outlets including AZ Central, Arizona Daily Sun, and the Washington Times, among more.
