Manning & Kass Names Four New Partners in 2016

Four attorneys in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass have been named as new partners in 2016: Paul Hanna, Martin D. Holly, Tony M. Sain, and Marilyn R. Victor.

Mr. Hanna's primary areas of practice at Manning & Kass are premises liability, government tort, and general negligence. He also represents clients in their capacity as third party witnesses in criminal proceedings. Mr. Hanna has also practiced in the areas of trademark and patent litigation, real estate, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He received his undergraduate degree in physiological science and neuroscience from UCLA in 1997.

Prior to joining Manning & Kass, Mr. Holly served as senior general counsel for a major insurance company—aerospace/aviation division—and litigated/managed complex and catastrophic lawsuits in the state and federal courts across the country. Mr. Holly is also an approved panelist for the Independent Cities Risk Management Authority (ICRMA), which services the needs of a collection of cities throughout California.

Tony M. Sain practices on the Governmental Entity Liability Team defending government agencies and officers in civil rights actions and employment cases, as well as other clients in general litigation, including the defense of products liability and other tort cases. He received his BA in public policy/management and international affairs from Princeton University in 1993, and his JD from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2007.

Ms. Victor participates in all aspects of complex civil litigation and specializes in the defense of physicians, hospitals, psychologists, dentists and other health care providers. Ms. Victor received her JD degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1991. She graduated from the University of California, at Santa Barbara, in 1988, receiving degrees in both political science and law & society, with distinction.
