Mark Simpliciano Named 2026 Super Lawyers Rising Star

Mark Simpliciano is a member of the Premises Liability team at Manning Kass. Before joining our firm, Mr. Simpliciano worked in civil litigation, handling matters involving employment law, business litigation, and general liability. He has experience in representing both individuals and small businesses. Outside of the office, Mr. Simpliciano has devoted his time to serving his community as Co-President of the Tom Homann LGBTQ+ Law Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.
